In-stock Junipurr jewellery is usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order BVLA jewellery is typically completed within 8–12 weeks.

Studio collection is available by appointment. Exact delivery options, costs and estimated timings are shown at checkout.

For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewellery is non-refundable once it has been dispatched. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewellery that may have been opened, handled, tried on, fitted or worn.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or develops a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us so we can advise you on the appropriate next step.

Junipurr and BVLA jewellery include lifetime manufacturer cover against genuine manufacturing defects. Any warranty claim must be assessed by the relevant manufacturer, who will confirm whether repair, replacement or another resolution is appropriate.

Manufacturer warranties do not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect handling, attempted fitting, loss or breakage after purchase. If you believe your jewellery has developed a manufacturing fault, contact us with your order details and clear photographs so we can advise you on the next step.

Jewellery fit depends on your anatomy, piercing placement, gauge, post length or ring diameter, and fastening type. Decorative threadless ends require a compatible threadless post, sold separately unless the product listing states otherwise.
