Shipping Policy

At The Rookery, we take care to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully. All orders are dispatched from our studio in the UK.

United Kingdom

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with delivery typically within 1–2 business days of dispatch.

  • Standard shipping: £5.99
  • Free shipping on all UK orders over £150

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.

European Union

We ship to all 27 EU member states via Standard International tracked service.

  • Shipping rate: £25.00
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Please note that orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs feesupon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

United States & Canada

International orders to the US and Canada are shipped via FedEx International Tracked.

  • Shipping rate: £70.00
  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Isle of Man

We ship to the Isle of Man via Express Internationalservice.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Rest of World

We do not currently offer standard shipping outside of the regions listed above. If you are outside our delivery zones, please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping estimate.

BVLA Custom Orders

BVLA (Body Vision Los Angeles) pieces are made to order and require additional lead time before dispatch.

  • Lead time: approximately 8–12 weeks from order confirmation, though this can vary and is subject to change
  • Once your piece arrives at our studio, we will contact you to confirm dispatch
  • Custom BVLA orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once placed, as each piece is made specifically for you
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as per your chosen region above
  • You will receive a studio notification when your order is ready, and tracking details upon dispatch
