Returns & Warranty
For hygiene and safety reasons, all body jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable once dispatched. As jewellery may have been opened, handled, tried on, fitted or worn, we are unable to resell returned items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Junipurr Lifetime Warranty
Junipurr jewellery is covered by a lifetime warranty against genuine manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, misuse, incorrect handling, attempted fitting, modifications, or damage occurring after purchase.
If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, please contact us. The item will be returned to Junipurr for inspection, and all warranty decisions are made by Junipurr following their assessment. If the claim is accepted, we will arrange the appropriate resolution, such as a repair or replacement, where applicable.
BVLA & Bespoke Jewellery
BVLA and all bespoke or custom-made jewellery is created specifically to your chosen design and specifications. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, except where required by law.
Please ensure all measurements, ring sizes, gemstones, metals and design details are correct before approving your order. Where alterations are possible after production has commenced, all manufacturer, labour and shipping costs associated with the alteration will be the responsibility of the customer. A quotation will always be provided before any work is undertaken.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item, its packaging and any damage so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
