Shipping & Delivery Introduction

Jewellery, Prepared With Care

Everything you need to know about dispatch times, delivery, tracking and international orders.

Delivery times vary depending on whether your jewellery is currently in stock, ordered from Junipurr or individually made to order by BVLA. The estimated lead time will always be shown on the relevant product page.

UK Delivery

Available delivery services, prices and estimated arrival times will be shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and do not include any product preparation or made-to-order lead time.

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the dispatch process.

During busy periods, severe weather or postal disruption, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

In-Stock Jewellery

Jewellery currently held in stock will be carefully checked, packaged and dispatched as soon as possible. Your confirmation email will include tracking details once your order is on its way.

Junipurr Jewellery

Junipurr pieces that are not currently held in the studio are usually ordered from the supplier and dispatched within approximately 2–4 business days, subject to availability.

BVLA Made-to-Order Jewellery

BVLA jewellery is individually handmade in Los Angeles. Custom and made-to-order pieces usually take approximately 8–12 weeks to complete before they are dispatched to you.

Tracking & Delivery Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available. Please allow time for the tracking service to update after the parcel has been collected.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Postal disruption, severe weather, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the delivery provider.

A parcel cannot normally be treated as lost until the delivery provider's investigation period has passed.

Returns, Faults & Warranties

For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewellery cannot usually be returned once it has been dispatched, opened, handled, tried on, fitted or worn.

The following information explains when an order may be eligible for assistance and what to do if your jewellery arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Returns on Body Jewellery

For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been dispatched, opened, handled, tried on, fitted or worn.

Please carefully review the product description, dimensions, fastening type and recommended placements before ordering. Contact us before purchasing if you need help choosing a compatible post, suitable diameter or appropriate size.

This restriction does not affect your rights where an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from the item ordered.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your jewellery as soon as it arrives.

If an item is damaged, faulty or different from the item ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number. We may ask for clear photographs of the jewellery, packaging and delivery label so we can assess the issue.

Please do not fit, wear or attempt to repair the jewellery before contacting us, as this may affect our ability to investigate the problem.

Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will explain the available resolution and arrange any necessary return instructions.

Junipurr Jewellery Warranty

Junipurr jewellery includes a lifetime warranty against genuine manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect handling, attempted fitting, loss or damage caused after purchase.

Any jewellery believed to have a manufacturing fault must be returned to Junipurr for inspection. If the claim is accepted, a repair or replacement will be arranged in line with their warranty terms.

Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the jewellery before returning anything.

BVLA Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery

BVLA jewellery is individually made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once the design has been approved and production has begun.

Once the design and final price have been confirmed, a 20% deposit is required before the order is submitted to BVLA. The remaining balance must be paid before the completed jewellery is dispatched or collected.

Please check all design details carefully before approving your order, including the metal, gemstone, measurements and jewellery style.

Changes requested after production has begun may not be possible. Where BVLA can accommodate a later alteration, any additional manufacturing, material or delivery costs will be the customer's responsibility.
