Junipurr Lifetime Warranty

Junipurr jewellery is covered by Junipurr’s lifetime warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.

What the warranty covers

The warranty is intended to cover faults that arise because of how the jewellery was made. If a Junipurr piece develops a genuine manufacturing or workmanship defect, it can be assessed under the warranty.

What it does not cover

The warranty is not accidental-damage cover. Accidental breakage, loss, or damage caused by impact, snagging, mishandling or other events after purchase are not covered as workmanship faults.

If a piece breaks

A breakage is not automatically excluded. What matters is why it broke. If the cause appears to be a manufacturing or workmanship defect, it can be submitted for warranty assessment. If the breakage is accidental, it would not normally fall under the workmanship warranty.
